Keurig Breville Fix To Slow Brew And Partial Cup

I have owned my brewer for 2 years now. After about 4 months, I noticed that the brewing process was taking more and more time. After 6 or 8 months, I was on-line, trying to find a solution. The first thing that gave some immediate improvement was to force water into the water inlet on the machine. Seemed to work well for several weeks then it slowed down again. After living with the problem for a while, I took the machine apart to see if I could find the cause. It is so simple. It’s a blockage.
This may not be the issue you are having with your machine, but it has restored mine to operating like new again. Nice, as I was ready to throw this thing off a tall building !!!

Sorry about the pixelated video in a few places. I tried everything I could think of to fix it, and I couldn’t. Windows Movie Maker glitch I guess.

UPDATE: My machine is now just over 3 years old and I have only had to perform this filter cleaning once. I am now VERY careful that the container I use to fill the machines reservoir, is extremely clean. I have always used filtered water from the dispenser on my fridge, but I suspect the container that I used to move the water from the fridge to the Keurig, was not always rinsed properly. I am glad that this video has helped so many people who are struggling with the same issue!
